Final Days of 2007

2007 Finale
First off i want to thank everyone that has supported us this past year. From our customers to fellow biz people to the hundreds and hundreds of people that rep our stickers.

This past year has been a long one. Some Events includes the death of Fluid Ultra Lounge (the good die young), 808 Empire Aniversery Party, Brad Fest, Don Carlos Concert, Whitelines Reunion concert with Sick Dog Productions, year end concerts which included shows with OPM, Tomorrows Bad Seeds, and Iration. My biggest learning experience came from the Don Carlos show which i shall keep to myself on that educational lesson.. Big MAHALO goes out to Mariner @ R&R Entertainment, Ed from Sick Dog Productions, Joey V. @ Globe Shoes and Hoven Eyewear, Master Louie @ Hawaii Underground and to all of our sponsors. For More Info On All Current Events Go To 808 Empire Events.

As for the clothing we released 15 different products rangeing from belts to hats to our limited edition poster series. Mahalo to all that placed orders including our retail locations Buti Groove Store, Crank & Carve, The Foam Co., and The Cutlery.

We made new additions to our rooster. Ian Bowman joined our surf team and Lionel DeGuzman joined our skate team. These kids are the future stay tuned for more info on these groms.

The Cuterly Makes 1 Year
I am very pround to say that on January 29th 2007 The Cutlery has made it the first 12 months and is looking heathy to make it another 12. If you don't know the Cut is Big Island's most original retail store, for more info head on down to 141 Mamo St. in Hilo. Go to The Cutlery's Blog for pix from that night. Congrats to mister KZ and best of luck to the cut in zero eight.

Look for progressive moves this coming year for 808 Empire. We'll be releasing our series of fitted hats, cut and sew shirts, an all over print shirt, and FINALLY!! some girl gear. We have a new design from Downr and some secret weapon artist we'll be revealing to Hawaii. Events from the underground to the above the ground are being planned. Look for our acoustic concert series in the very near future.

Well enough babbling for today. Best wishing to everyone this New Year. ~JYK
